Hand woven on a floor pedal loom by master weavers of Oaxaca, Mexico, the Lola is reminiscent of a traditional blanket cloak pervasive in Latin America called the sarape. Our version adds in traditional Zapotec designs, kimono style sleeve openings, hand embroidered edges, and a leather detail hook closure in front.
The black and gray Lola has no embroidery edging, and ties closed with glossy synthetic tassels on braided cord.
