At Abrazo Style, we do everything possible to ensure your purchase gets to the correct destination within the expected timeframe. However, once the package is in the carriers possession, it is out of our control.
If your tracking number shows it has been delivered: Check with your neighbors to ensure a mistake was not made during delivery and allow 5-7 business days to pass before proceeding with a replacement claim.
