Returns and Exchanges

All of us at Abrazo Style, from artisans to marketing, want our customers to be delighted with the beautiful workmanship, comfort and quality of our garments and accessories. We know how much you love our products and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to start enjoying them! That's why we offer free outbound shipping for orders and initial exchanges on all our products.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.  All products must be returned in original, unworn condition, carefully folded and securely wrapped for transit. Products received rolled into a ball, or in less than original condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Note: In lieu of the form, please write us a note so we may better understand the reason for the return. This information is vital to us in continuing to provide quality products. We love to hear from you! 

You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. 

Please note: FINAL SALE items are not returnable as stated at the time of ordering. FINAL SALE items that are returned are ineligible for a refund and can be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery date. Please follow the same steps as in a Return (above).  We will send your replacement item as soon as we receive the product.

If the desired size or color is not available at that time, we will notify you at the email address you provided. Perhaps we can suggest a similar product that will better meet your taste in fit or styling. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund of the item's purchase price.

Free outbound shipping is offered on one initial exchange.  Outbound shipping on further exchanges will be at the customers expense.  

Refunds

If you are not delighted with your Abrazo purchase, please follow the steps for the Return (found above). Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund of the item's purchase price minus shipping costs as soon as we receive the product. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.  Products received rolled into a ball or in less than original condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Flawed Items

We are proud of the quality of our handcrafted products. Some variation between items is a normal reflection of the unique handmade nature of our products. In the rare possibility that you discover a flaw, please contact us at service.abrazostyle@gmail.com. 

Please include your order number and image documentation of the flaw within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. Upon approval, our Return Department will issue a printable return shipping label to your email. We would be grateful for any information you can offer that supports our goal of creating products of consistent high quality.
